Micropole is the exclusive holder of all intellectual property rights to the Site.
All the elements that make up the Site, in particular the texts, images, drawings, graphics, photographs, databases, sounds, videos and software, are the property of Micropole or of third parties having authorized Micropole to use and reproduce them on the Site.
Access to the Site does not give you any intellectual property rights on the Site and all the elements that make it up. Any reproduction, representation, use, distribution, publication, adaptation or modification, in whole or in part, of all or part of the Site and its works by any process whatsoever and on any medium whatsoever, without the prior written authorization of Micropole, is prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable by articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

The Micropole brand, the names of the products or services offered by the Micropole Group, as well as the logos accompanying these brands on the Site are in principle registered trademarks or trademarks registered by Micropole or its subsidiaries, unless otherwise indicated.
Other trademarks may also be cited. They are used by Micropole either with the authorization of their owner, or as a simple indication of existing products or services.
Any reproduction, imitation or use, in whole or in part, of these trademarks or logos without the prior written authorization of Micropole or their respective owners is prohibited and constitutes an infringement of copyright punishable by articles L. 713-2 and L. 713-3 of the French Intellectual Property Code.
