Nesrine, who are you?
“My name is Nesrine André. I am a BI consultant and career coach at Micropole in Luxembourg.”
“My passion is interior design!
Why do I love it? It’s not just for the pleasure of following rules or design guidelines. My goal is to create a space that people love, by mixing colors, materials, and different styles.”
What do you do at Micropole?
“My first role is to support our clients in their Data projects, advise them, and develop BI solutions.”
“My second role is to help our consultants establish their professional careers and to smoothly integrate our new hires/interns, so they feel welcome at Micropole Luxembourg.”
“I joined Micropole (formerly Tomorrow Services) in 2017 after being convinced by the company’s values and the transparency of the recruitment process.”

What do you like the most about Micropole?
“Micropole regularly organizes afterworks and workshops. Recently, we hosted a unique experience through a free-fall simulator. Thanks to these informal sessions, we learn from each other and create memorable moments with colleagues in a relaxed atmosphere.”
