Intellectual Property Rights
Micropole is the exclusive holder of all intellectual property rights for the Site.
All elements that make up the Site, including texts, images, drawings, graphics, photographs, databases, sounds, videos, and software, are the property of Micropole or third parties who have authorized Micropole to use and reproduce them on the Site.
Access to the Site does not grant you any intellectual property rights over the Site or its components. Any reproduction, representation, use, distribution, publication, adaptation, or modification, in whole or in part, of any part of the Site and its works by any means or on any medium, without the prior written consent of Micropole, is prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable under Articles L. 335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.
