By collecting and analyzing data from sources like the National Registry and the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises, decisions are made more quickly and accurately. The reports and dashboards generated provide essential information at both the operational and strategic levels, while adhering to strict security and privacy protection standards.
Innovation within the department is based on an experimental approach: small-scale pilot projects, such as the Columbus project, aim to increase employees’ mastery of AI.
