Practical information
Venue: This half-day workshop will take place at the Hotel Van der Valk in Mechelen. Directions to get there are available here.
Parking: Parking is available nearby at a private parking complex called Parking Indigo Mechelen Keerdok. You can book your parking space in advance via this link.
Remote: It is possible to register for the live-stream of the first part of this workshop. During this part of the workshop, we will have a brief introduction to both Micropole and Prophix, followed by an in-depth demonstration of the new Prophix One platform. However, the practice exercises after the coffee break are only available to those attending this event in person.
Program
In the first part of the afternoon, you will discover the new Prophix One platform (as one of the first people in Belgium!) through a live demo by Tim Laschet, Solution Engineer at Prophix.
After the coffee break, we have planned exercises on both consolidation and FP&A aspects of the platform, with hands-on guidance from our experts (Micropole & Prophix), in a test environment so you can explore all possible options on your own.
An assortment of sandwiches and drinks will be provided.
Discover Prophix and Micropole BeLux
Nico Sacré will tell you everything you need to know about Micropole BeLux as a member of the Micropole Group and its current EPM and CPM offerings. Next, Oliver Deistler will briefly introduce you to Prophix, a unified intelligent platform that acquired the well-known company Sigma Conso in 2021 and now combines consolidation and FP&A in one single platform.
Prophix One: All your information and processes on a single platform with centralized features such as workflow, user management, data integration, and security.
Together with the development experts at Prophix, we're taking a closer look at the new platform. We'll discuss the new features, crisp configurations, and all the different use cases that this new platform offers. From budgeting and planning to consolidating, closing, reconciling accounts, and even integrated business planning – the new platform that debuted this month in April – can do it all!
