My job is to help my customers select and deploy software that enables them to track, analyze and improve their operations. This involves implementing enterprise performance management (EPM) tools with a wide range of functionalities.
A quick list list of those features:
a. Consolidating financial statements, including actuals, budgets, forecasts, and plans.
b. Defining organization-wide budgets.
c. Introducing features and automations to expedite the forecasting process.
d. Establishing a seamless planning process that integrates operations and finance.
e. Offering variance and trend reporting for monitoring actual performance against expectations, budgets, etc.
f. Tracing and identifying the root cause of reported deviations.
g. Computing and providing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the entire organization, empowering stakeholders to make informed decisions based on the same set of information.
h. Producing legal and regulatory reporting of activities and data

If tomorrow you could choose to be anything, anyone, anywhere at the snap of your fingers: what would it be?
I would like to be a better version of who I am, enjoying financial freedom without any constraints, while active in non-governmental organizations or sustainable businesses, working towards creating a better world for everyone.
Other options would be to run a "bed & breakfast" on a wavy beach in a sunny spot and surf, live on a boat sailing across the oceans and, sometimes, simply be a giant human burrito, wrapped in a warm tortilla and enjoying a blissful moment of comfort and tranquility.
